ADDING DIMENSION WITHOUT THE BULK

Hello crafty friend! Today’s card features the brand new Hippo Ho Ho stamp set from Pajama Crafter Stamps. This is one of the sets I illustrated for the new release and I love these little guys. I hope you will too!

Links to all of the supplies I used to make this project are below.

I couldn’t commit to choosing just one of the adorable hippo stamps so I decided to use my Peekaboo Window Die with three openings to showcase multiple hippos. To add a touch of festive cheer, I used the Christmas Stripes paper for the background.

Next, I stamped my hippos on white cardstock and brought them to life with my Copic Sketch alcohol markers. I carefully “fussy cut” the stamped images and attached them to the backside of my window openings. I pulled the Santa bag and box flap through the window openings to add extra depth and visual interest to my card. Easy trick to add more dimension without the bulk!

I used presents as additional decorations to fill the blank space and stamped my sentiment in the lower right corner.

I hope you found a little inspiration for your next crafty project! Be sure to check out the other adorable stamp sets in the new release Click Here

Just over here trying to spread a little sunshine one card at a time. I'm fueled by Dr. Pepper, sarcasm and especially puns. I hope my cards bring others even a portion of the joy that I feel creating them. #cre8yoursunshine☀️
